Until that point a folk rock singer-songwriter with one significant hit under his belt in the first decade of his career, Japanese artist Morio Agata surprised everyone with 1980’s post-punk, synth-heavy ‘Norimono Zukan’, a record which sparked a string of experimental albums that totally altered his reputation. Originally released on Osaka's legendary Vanity Records label.
